4. HOW DO WE COLLECT YOUR PERSONAL DATA?

4.1. We collect your Personal Data directly from you for the purposes of the proper performance of our services and the smooth operation of our Website. You provide us with your data primarily through dedicated forms, during purchases in our Shop, made on the basis of the Shop Rules, joining the loyalty program of Komín s.r.o., subscribing to our newsletter or contacting us, e.g. through the contact form via the link: www.gastronova.eu. We also collect your data when you use other services available on the Website, e.g. when you browse the products offered in the Shop.

6.1.3. for the purposes of proving and enforcing claims or defending against claims – the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), consisting in the protection of its rights and business interests;

6.4.3. for the purposes of proving and enforcing claims or defending against claims – the legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), consisting in the protection of its rights and business interests;
