How does the whole process work?
Enquiry
Contact us with your idea and requirements. The more details you give us, the better we can advise you and prepare a solution.
Customized design
We will develop an individual food truck design that includes visualizations, technical specifications and a quote, all tailored to your needs.
Making a deposit
Once you have agreed on the design and offer, you pay a deposit (e.g. [insert percentage %]) to confirm the order and we can start preparing the production.
Production
Our team of professionals will manufacture your food truck with attention to quality and every detail exactly according to the approved design.
Final approval
Once production is complete, you will inspect your new food truck (in person or via photo/video documentation) and give it final approval before shipping.
Transport
We will safely and reliably deliver your finished food truck to the address you specify, whether in Slovakia or abroad.
Final delivery
We'll hand over the keys to your new food truck, provide basic operator training, and you're ready to start your business!
Customs clearance and registration
If necessary, we will handle the customs formalities and provide you with all the necessary documents and assistance for registering your food truck.
Certification and compliance with standards
At Gastronova, we pay attention to every detail - from the technical basis to hygiene standards. Our trailers are not only attractive in design, but also fully prepared for legal and safe operation throughout the European Union.
EU-wide homologation
Each trailer is homologated and approved for operation on public roads throughout the EU, including its own VIN number. This means it will pass registration and technical inspection in all member states without any problems.
Delivery with registration (EN)
If you're buying a trailer in Slovakia, we'll take care of everything - we'll hand the trailer over to you already registered with an assigned license plate, ready to hit the streets immediately. You will save time and bureaucracy.
Certified AL-KO chassis
At the heart of every trailer is a quality axle and towbar from the renowned AL-KO brand - made in Europe, tested in demanding conditions and renowned for its reliability. Certification is a matter of course.
Wiring with inspection report
Safety is our first priority. Each trailer includes wiring in accordance with European standards (CE) and comes with an inspection report from an authorized technician. Full LED lighting, sockets and fusing according to SK/CZ regulations is a matter of course.
Hygiene and HACCP interior
The interior of our trailers is designed to meet even the most stringent requirements for cleanliness and hygiene. We use certified materials that meet HACCP standards in both the Czech Republic and Slovakia - including easy-to-wash surfaces, safe joints and hygienic layout.
Warranty and service
We provide a standard warranty for all trailers according to the current legislation, but we can also prepare individual extended warranty programs for you. Customer service and availability of spare parts are a matter of course for us.
