How does the consultation work?
Introductory interview
Tell us about your concept - what you want to sell, where and in what form. In the first 15 minutes we can recommend the right trailer type, size, equipment and point you in the right direction.
We'll walk together:
- type of concept (coffee, burgers, bar, promo...)
- planned locations and method of parking (permanent or mobile)
- seasonality of operation
- the number of people to be served
- equipment you will need (e.g. fridge, fryer, coffee machine...)
- technical requirements - water, electricity, drainage, air conditioning
- budget and possibilities for future expansion
What can you prepare in advance?
- Concept: what do you want to sell and to whom?
- Place of business: will you move or stay in one place?
- Budget: how much do you want to invest in a trailer and equipment?
- Seasonality: will you be in business all year or just seasonally?
- Driving licence: is a B enough or do you have a B+E?
- Technology: what equipment you'll need - we'll adjust the power, sockets, hood or tanks accordingly.
