About the product
This professional heated countertop display with a capacity of 160 l and curved glass surfaces is designed for displaying dishes and keeping them warm on counters, bars and buffet lines; the adjustable thermostat allows temperature control in the range of +30 °C to +90 °C, while the integrated humidification system with a removable GN container prevents the displayed food from drying out. The all-stainless-steel construction ensures durability and easy maintenance, the curved thermally insulating front glass and glazed sides give an excellent view of the offer, while three adjustable stainless steel shelves and rear sliding doors provide convenient access for staff. Interior LED lighting showcases the displayed dishes effectively; the power input is 1.5 kW at 230 V / 50 Hz and the external dimensions are 856 × 568 × 670 mm.
