About the product
The Gastromarket 600 sliding salamander with a sliding upper section is made of stainless steel and offers temperature control up to 300 °C with two independently adjustable heating zones. Thanks to the height-adjustable upper section, the distance between the food and the heat source can be set easily without touching the grid. The unit is equipped with a removable grease tray that makes cleaning easier and keeps the workstation hygienic. With an output of 3 kW at 230 V, it is a compact solution for restaurants, hotels and fast food outlets. Dimensions: 600 × 535 × 535 mm.
