Gas griddle – MINI

This professional gas griddle plate with a smooth cast-iron surface ensures even heat distribution and a long service life. Adjustable temperature from 50 °C to 300 °C lets you prepare a wide range of dishes – from steaks and burgers to pancakes and vegetables. The unit runs on natural gas (G20), with propane-butane nozzles available on request. With 4 kW output and compact dimensions of 330 × 600 × 280 mm, this model is ideal for bistros, food trucks, smaller restaurants and cafés. It comes with piezo ignition, a safety thermostat and a tray for excess oil; the unit weighs 24 kg.
