About the product
The powerful MEDIUM gas griddle plate with a smooth cast iron surface guarantees even heat distribution and high heat retention, which is essential for intensive operation in restaurants, canteens or bistro bars. An adjustable temperature range of 50 °C to 300 °C, two independent burners with piezo ignition and a safety thermostat allow flexible and safe preparation of meat, vegetables, eggs, pancakes and other dishes. The appliance runs on natural gas (G20); propane-butane nozzles are available on request. With 8 kW output, dimensions of 660 × 600 × 280 mm (plate surface 656 × 485 mm) and a weight of 44 kg, this model is designed for medium-sized to large professional kitchens.
