Gas griddle - MAXI

The most powerful model in the series, the MAXI gas griddle plate with a smooth 986 × 485 mm cast-iron surface, is designed for high-capacity professional kitchens with a large daily serving volume. Three independent burners with piezo ignition and stepless temperature control from 50 °C to 300 °C allow food to be cooked simultaneously in three different temperature zones. The unit runs on natural gas (G20); propane-butane nozzles are available to order. Output 12 kW, dimensions 990 × 600 × 280 mm, weight 76 kg; supplied with a safety thermostat and a tray for excess oil.
