Water bath – bain marie EKO

The countertop water bath (bain-marie) from the EKO series by Stalgast is designed for gently keeping food warm in professional kitchens, buffets and at catering events. The body of the appliance is made entirely of stainless steel, ensuring hygienic operation and a long service life. The appliance is equipped with a continuously adjustable thermostat with a range of 0 – 85 °C, a protective safety thermostat against overheating and a practical drain valve for easy maintenance. Compatible with a GN 1/1 insert with a depth of 200 mm. Power input 1.2 kW, power supply 230 V / 50 Hz. Compact dimensions of 340 × 590 × 280 mm allow it to be placed on a kitchen counter.
