The Caterina professional countertop electric fryer with a usable capacity of 5 l is designed for small and medium-sized catering operations, restaurants, canteens and fast food outlets. The body is made of hygienic stainless steel, which ensures durability and a long service life. A sturdy frying basket with front mounting and a heat-resistant handle ensures safe handling during frying. A rotary temperature control allows precise setting in the range of 60 – 200 °C, while the cold zone system prevents food residues from burning and extends the life of the oil. The removable control panel makes cleaning the unit much easier. Power input 2 kW, power supply 230 V / 50 Hz, dimensions 200 × 430 × 315 mm, weight 5.3 kg.
