Ribbed contact grill 1.8 kW

This professional Caterina electric contact grill with a power input of 1 800 W (lower heating 1 000 W, upper heating 800 W) is a compact appliance designed for restaurants, bars, bistros and stall sales. Fixed ribbed contact plates on both sides guarantee perfect heat distribution and the typical grill marks on food. The lower contact plate (225 × 230 mm) has a rim for convenient and hygienic operation; the upper contact plate measures 215 × 215 mm. Temperature control goes up to 300 °C, and a safety thermostat protects the appliance against overheating. It comes with a heat-resistant handle, an on/off switch with a set-temperature indicator light and a drip tray for fat and grilling residues. The power cable is 1 450 mm long.
