Double contact grill, ribbed 3.6 kW

The Caterina professional electric double contact grill with a total power input of 3 600 W (bottom heating 2 × 1 000 W, top heating 2 × 800 W) is a powerful unit with two independent grilling sections, ideal for restaurants, fast food outlets and high-volume food service facilities. Fixed ribbed contact plates on both sides ensure even heat distribution and characteristic grill marks. The bottom contact plate (480 × 230 mm) has a raised edge for convenient and hygienic operation, and each of the two top contact plates measures 215 × 215 mm. Stepless temperature control reaches up to 300 °C with a safety thermostat; each section has its own operating switch and indicator light for the set temperature.
