Electric waffle maker Caterina 1.5 kW

The Caterina professional electric waffle maker (Stalgast 772326) with a power input of 1 500 W is designed for intensive use in restaurants, patisseries, cafés, food trucks and fast food stands. The plates are cast aluminium with a non-stick Teflon coating, so the waffle batter does not burn and cleaning is easy. The thermostat allows stepless temperature control in the range of 50 – 300 °C, the built-in timer of up to 5 minutes ensures precise baking times, and an indicator light signals when the set temperature has been reached. The upper heating element has an output of ≈ 700 W, the lower ≈ 800 W, the plate working area is 250 × 250 mm and each batch yields two rectangular waffles measuring 100 × 165 mm. The robust housing is made of stainless steel, the lid handle stays cool and non-slip feet prevent the unit from moving during operation.
