About the product
The Fimar RS70 professional electric salamander is designed for gratinating, grilling and reheating dishes in the demanding conditions of catering kitchens. With an output of 3.2 kW and a 230 V/1 N/50–60 Hz power supply, the unit features a stainless steel housing, a chrome-plated grid measuring 670 × 290 mm and a removable drip tray. A thermostat with 3 power levels allows precise heat control, while the adjustable grid position ensures the optimum distance between the food and the heat source. The overall dimensions are 880 × 370 × 400 (h) mm and the weight is 21 kg.
