About the product
The professional freestanding Fimar EasyLine PFD35N235M induction cooker with 3.5 kW output and a single-phase 230 V/1N/50 Hz power supply is designed for intensive use in restaurants, hotels, bars and fast-food outlets. The glass-ceramic plate with an induction zone of Ø 140 – 220 mm guarantees fast and even heat transfer directly into the metal pan, while the power can be continuously adjusted in the range of 800 – 3 500 W. The appliance can be operated in two modes – setting power levels or precise temperature setting – and is equipped with a digital timer and touch controls. The stainless steel (AISI 304) construction measuring 343 × 440 × 120 mm and weighing 8 kg ensures durability, easy operation and simple cleaning. The appliance switches off automatically when the pan is removed. The product meets Made in Italy standards.
