About the product
The Berto's BGL8B countertop gas fryer from the Plus 600 line is a professional catering appliance with a single pressed AISI 304 stainless steel tank with a capacity of 8 litres and a large cold zone for collecting food residue. An output of 6.6 kW, temperature control in 8 positions from 110 to 190 °C, an average frying time of 5 minutes and preheating to 190 °C in 15 minutes ensure fast and efficient operation. Piezo ignition with a protective cover, a safety thermostat and a thermoelectric valve meet the strictest safety requirements. The appliance is primarily designed for natural gas G20, with the option of conversion to LPG (propane-butane; nozzles are included in the delivery). Dimensions: 300 × 600 × 290 mm.
