About the product
A professional electric countertop griddle from the GREDIL series by Stalgast with a 640×440 mm grilling surface divided into two independent grilling zones — one half smooth for frying meat, fish and vegetables, the other half ribbed for characteristic grill marks. The body is made of stainless steel. Stepless temperature control in the range of 50–300 °C allows precise preparation of a wide variety of dishes. The unit is equipped with overheating protection and a pull-out grease drip container. Power supply 230 V / 3.5 kW. Overall dimensions: 640×440×175 mm, weight 34 kg. Ideal for restaurants, bars, bistros and food trucks.
