About the product
The professional FORGAST MFG09206 stainless steel electric salamander is designed for gratinating, grilling and heating dishes — from toast and sandwiches to baguettes, bakes and pizza. The heating elements are located in the upper part of the appliance and ensure even radiant heat onto the food. The 450 × 250 mm grid can be set to four height positions, the temperature range is from 50 to 300 °C and the maximum heating time is 15 minutes. The 2 kW / 230 V power input and compact dimensions of 615 × 305 × 280 mm allow convenient placement on the worktop of any professional kitchen. A removable crumb tray makes maintenance easier.
