About the product
The Caterina countertop twin-tank electric fryer from Stalgast, with a total output of 4 kW (2× 2 kW / 230 V), is the ideal solution for restaurants, fast food bars, hotels and outlets with high performance demands. Each tank has a usable capacity of 5 l (minimum 3.3 l, total 7.8 l) and allows independent temperature control via a rotary thermostat in the range of 60 – 200 °C. The cold zone system beneath the heating element prevents food particles from burning and extends the life of the frying oil. A sturdy frying basket with front mounting and a heat-resistant handle ensures safe operation, while the removable control panel makes daily maintenance and cleaning easier. The body is made entirely of stainless steel; dimensions: 415 × 430 × 315 mm (w × d × h).
