About the product
The FIMAR FR10R countertop electric fryer with a 10-litre tank is designed primarily for continuous operation in professional kitchens of restaurants, canteens and fast-food stands. The fryer body, tank and lid are made of AISI 304 stainless steel, and the heating element is removable for easier cleaning. Thermostatic control covers a range of 50 – 180 °C, and the equipment includes a safety thermostat with a reset button. A drain valve on the front allows convenient draining of used oil without having to handle the tank. The fryer is powered by 400 V / 6 kW and reaches an operating temperature of 180 °C in approximately 12 minutes; hourly output is 11 kg/h. The external dimensions of the appliance are 270 × 620 × 360 (h) mm, basket dimensions 207 × 295 × 110 mm.
