About the product
The Stalgast ClassicCook electric steam combi oven with a capacity of 5× GN 1/1 and a manual, intuitive control panel offers comprehensive humidity control from 0 to 100 %, time control from 0 to 120 minutes as well as a continuous non-stop mode, with the temperature adjustable from 50 to 250 °C. The 620 × 405 × 410 mm cooking chamber is equipped with internal LED lighting, LED indicators for temperature, time and humidification, fan reverse rotation and a manually operated vent; double safety glass in the door and a door switch ensure reliable and safe operation. The appliance has a power input of 7.75 kW at 400 V / 50–60 Hz, an external ¾-inch water connection, 67 mm guide rail spacing and a weight of 82 kg.
